Nature’s Vegan Stack is one of our most loved dishes and it’s easy to see why. We make our mushroom patty entirely in-house from mushrooms, oats, onions, green apple and our own signature seasonings — no shortcuts, no processed substitutes. It goes into a toasted English muffin with a crispy hash brown, and the result is everything a good breakfast should be: warm, filling and genuinely delicious.
It’s one of those dishes that surprises people. If you’re used to vegan food that plays it safe, this won’t. The patty has real depth of flavour and a satisfying texture, and the green apple adds just enough of a lift to make it interesting.
Available daily from 9am–11:30am and priced at just £5.00, it’s the perfect way to start your morning in Halstead.
